Yes. Billion Bolt is 100% free for both sides in Phase 1. Creators list their profile at no cost and brands search, post campaigns and send requests at no cost. There is no commission on any collaboration, no subscription and no payment gateway — brands and creators negotiate and pay each other directly.

An agency negotiates on your behalf and takes a cut. Billion Bolt is a neutral directory: it verifies profiles and introduces the two sides, then steps out. We do not manage campaigns, set prices or take commission. Once a request is accepted, both parties exchange contact details and deal directly.

Any social media creator based in any Indian state or union territory, plus Malayali creators living in the six GCC countries. Registration takes about three minutes: account details, your social profiles, then your categories, location and collaboration types. Every profile is manually verified before it goes live.

Only after acceptance, and always in both directions. Public profile pages never show a phone number, WhatsApp number or email address. When a creator accepts a brand request — or a brand accepts a creator application — both sides see each other's contact details and an in-app chat thread opens.

The target is 24 hours. While a profile is pending, the creator can log in, edit their profile and browse open campaigns, but cannot apply and their public page is not live. Once approved, the profile gets a verified badge, a permanent public URL and appears automatically on every matching directory page.

Yes, and this is the point of the platform. Creators record both state and district, so a brand can search a single district such as Thrissur or Ernakulam instead of all of Kerala. Campaigns can target several districts at once, or a whole state where district-level reach is not required.
