Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Billion Bolt is a directory and introduction service operated by Blue Bolt Global. It lets creators publish a profile and lets brands search those profiles, post campaigns and request contact. It is not an agency, a talent manager, a marketplace with escrow, or a payment processor.

2. We are not a party to your deal

Any agreement about deliverables, timelines, usage rights or payment is between the brand and the creator alone. We do not set rates, negotiate, guarantee performance, hold funds, invoice, or take commission. We are not liable for non-delivery, non-payment, or any dispute arising from a collaboration arranged through the platform.

3. Accounts

• One email address is one account with one role. If you operate as both a creator and a brand, register separately.
• You must give accurate information. Inflated follower counts, borrowed content, or impersonation are grounds for suspension.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Verification is a check, not a warranty

We review profiles against their linked public social accounts before approving them. That review is a reasonable-effort check for authenticity. It is not a guarantee of a creator's professionalism, of a brand's solvency, or of any outcome. Do your own diligence.

5. Contact details and the connection gate

Contact details are revealed only on acceptance of a request or application, and always to both sides at once. You may not attempt to bypass this — for example by embedding a phone number or external link in a pre-acceptance message, a profile field, or an image. Attempts are flagged automatically and reviewed.

6. Fair use

Current limits: brands may post 2 campaigns per day and send 20 direct requests per month; creators may submit 10 applications per day. We may adjust these to protect the quality of the directory.

7. Content you publish

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform, in directory listings, in sitemaps and in search results, and to show it to generative search engines that index public pages. You confirm you have the right to publish everything you upload.

8. Ratings

After a collaboration closes, both sides may rate each other once. Ratings are permanent and public. We remove a rating only where it breaches the platform guidelines — not because the subject disagrees with it.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or the platform guidelines. A suspended creator profile becomes read-only and its public page returns HTTP 410.

10. Pricing changes

The platform is free for both sides in Phase 1. If paid features are introduced later, they will be announced in advance and existing free functionality will not be retroactively charged for.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app before they take effect.
