Platform Guidelines
What gets a profile approved, what gets it sent back, and what gets it suspended.
Profile accuracy
- Follower and subscriber counts must match your actual public accounts. We check them.
- Link accounts you personally own and post to. Aggregator or fan pages are not creator profiles.
- Your photo should be of you. Stock images and celebrity photos are rejected.
- Pick categories you actually create in — up to three. Selecting all of them to appear everywhere is treated as spam.
- Your district should be where you can realistically shoot. It is the main thing brands filter on.
Reasons a profile is sent back
- Social links that do not resolve, or are set to private.
- Follower counts materially higher than the linked account shows.
- An empty or single-word bio — brands cannot assess it.
- Contact details typed into the bio, display name or photo, which defeats the connection gate.
A rejection is not a ban. We email the reason; fix it and resubmit.
Reasons an account is suspended
- Engagement bought from follower or view services.
- Impersonating another creator, brand or organisation.
- Taking payment and not delivering, or accepting a deal and disappearing.
- Harassment, abuse or discriminatory messages toward anyone on the platform.
- Repeated attempts to move contact off-platform before a connection is accepted.
- Using the directory to scrape or resell creator data.
A suspended creator profile becomes read-only and its public URL returns HTTP 410, so it drops out of search results.
For brands
- Campaign briefs must state the real deliverable, the real budget range and a real deadline. "Budget: negotiable" with no range wastes everyone's time and is rejected in moderation.
- If the collaboration is barter, say so up front. Barter is a legitimate option here; disguising it as paid is not.
- Do not ask for free work as a "test" or "audition".
- Do not ask creators for content usage beyond what the brief stated after the fact.
- Accepting an application reveals contact details in both directions. Accept only when you intend to proceed.
Messaging
Before a connection is accepted, messages containing external links or phone numbers are flagged automatically and land in the moderation queue. After acceptance you have each other's real contact details, so there is no reason to work around it.
Ratings
Rate the collaboration, not the person. Ratings are permanent and public. Coordinated retaliatory ratings, or offering anything in exchange for a rating, are both grounds for suspension.
Reporting
Every profile, campaign and message can be reported. Reports go to a human moderation queue. We do not tell the reported party who reported them.
