How it works

Three steps, and one rule: contact details are revealed only after both sides agree.

Step 1 — List or search

Creators register in three short steps and enter the verification queue. Brands register in two and can search immediately. Creators record their categories, state, district, languages, follower counts and the collaboration types they accept — which is exactly what brands filter on.

Step 2 — Match and connect

A brand either sends a direct request to one creator, or posts an open campaign. For a campaign, a creator is notified only when every condition matches: at least one shared category, a location overlap, a follower count inside the campaign's range, and a budget at or above what that creator is willing to consider. Creators who do not match are not spammed, but can still browse every open campaign.

Step 3 — Collaborate directly

On acceptance, both parties' phone, WhatsApp and email are revealed to each other and an in-app chat thread opens. From there you negotiate, shoot and pay each other directly. When the campaign closes, both sides rate each other from 1 to 5 with an optional comment. Those ratings are permanent and public.

The contact gate, precisely

Public profile pages and directory listings never contain a phone number, WhatsApp number or email address — not visibly, and not in the HTML source. The reveal is symmetric: the moment one side can see the other's details, the reverse is also true. Before acceptance, chat messages are automatically flagged if they contain external links or phone numbers.

Why directory pages sometimes 404

A district or category page publishes only once it lists at least 3 verified creators. Below that it returns a genuine 404 and is kept out of sitemaps and internal links, rather than showing an almost-empty page. When a combination crosses the threshold the page goes live on its own — nobody creates these pages by hand.

Verification

Every creator profile is checked by a human against the linked social accounts before it goes live; the target is 24 hours. Brand accounts are checked once, triggered by their first campaign or first direct request. For the first three months every campaign is manually approved before it goes live.

What this platform is not

It is not an agency and not a marketplace with escrow. We do not negotiate, set prices, manage campaigns, hold money or take commission. Billion Bolt verifies, matches and introduces — then gets out of the way.
